Design and deploy scalable AI/ML and data engineering solutions using Python, SQL, machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms. Engage clients through discovery calls, presentations, demos, proposals, estimates, and solution architecture discussions. Partner with sales and leadership to develop and close opportunities, address technical objections, build relationships, and ensure successful project handoffs.

Gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance by testing applications, identifying and documenting defects, creating and evaluating test cases, and helping ensure software meets quality standards. Collaborate with developers and QA professionals to deliver reliable software while developing testing, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for software implementation projects. Coordinate stakeholders, project communications, Agile and Waterfall activities, backlog management, documentation, UAT, testing, issue resolution, and delivery tracking. Translate business needs into functional specifications and support project managers with reporting, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Microsoft Power Platform is valuable.
