Perform hands-on manual testing of a POS platform across web, Windows, Android, and iOS. Execute REST API tests, validate hardware peripherals, create and maintain test cases and documentation, log and track defects in Jira, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure product quality throughout the SDLC.

Act as first responder for production alerts: monitor systems, analyze logs and metrics, triage and prioritize incidents, document and track incidents, coordinate escalations with engineering teams, and provide structured shift handovers to maintain 24/7 coverage.
