Manages the full lifecycle of vendor and participating provider contracts, including drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals, and compliance tracking. Supports risk-bearing and value-based arrangements, maintains contract templates and playbooks, tracks obligations and key terms, and improves workflow processes. Partners with legal, finance, compliance, network, operations, business stakeholders, and outside counsel to efficiently complete contracting activities.

Designs and maintains a scalable data platform supporting analytics, machine learning, and AI workloads. Builds tooling for reliable data pipelines, semantic layers, data agents, LLM applications, and evaluation systems. Ensures data quality, availability, observability, and reliability while establishing modeling, testing, and platform best practices. Collaborates with Data Science and Product Engineering, leads solutions from design through implementation, and contributes individually in a fast-paced startup environment.

Leads a 150+ person outbound engagement organization responsible for case and campaign operations. Owns operational strategy, program development, performance targets, capacity planning, budgeting, workflow optimization, and launch readiness. Partners with cross-functional leaders across member experience, quality, compliance, product, analytics, and engineering to improve outreach outcomes, efficiency, quality, and member experience. Develops managers and supervisors while standardizing operating practices and scaling programs through data-driven experimentation and technology partnerships.
