Lead architecture and implementation of a NATO post-quantum cryptography pilot. Define cryptographic profiles, hybrid and pure PQC modes, migration and rollback processes, interoperability testing, and evidence-based experimentation. Direct deployment across network, PKI, key management, zero-trust, and application services; troubleshoot the GABRL product; and deliver a live quantum-safe demonstration across NATO nodes. The role requires technical documentation, stakeholder communication, NATO site travel, and active U.S. Secret clearance.

Design and demonstrate a quantum-safe PKI supporting hybrid and pure PQC certificate chains, credential issuance, renewal, and revocation. Integrate PKI and key management with HSMs, assess entropy sources, document end-to-end key lifecycle controls, protect and zeroize private keys, and collaborate with NCIA engineers and test teams. The role is hybrid, centered in The Hague, with approximately 40% onsite travel and requires an active U.S. Secret clearance or higher.
