Lead maintenance and architecture of on‑prem and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), manage Cisco networking, implement monitoring/backup/automation, troubleshoot complex network and system issues (including multicast and low‑level packet analysis), participate in SRE/DevOps activities and on‑call rotation, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with security, network teams, and external partners.

Build and maintain low-latency, fault-tolerant backend services for a high-volume trading platform. Design scalable systems, implement business logic for order lifecycle, work with streaming data, ensure code quality, and collaborate across teams.

The Technical Support Engineer will monitor financial systems, resolve service requests, assist other engineers, and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.
