Manage day-to-day local accounting in Uzbekistan: process primary documents, maintain electronic document flow and tax cabinet, perform month- and year-end closings, reconciliations, payments, payroll-related accounting, prepare statutory/tax reports, and coordinate with banks, tax authorities, vendors, auditors and internal teams to ensure compliance.

The Senior Systems/Networks Engineer will manage critical server subsystems, maintain network equipment, oversee cloud environments, automate deployment, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle for Bulgaria and Germany: onboarding, contracts, employee relations, leave management, performance processes, HRIS/Workday data maintenance, workforce planning, and cross-functional HR projects to improve employee experience and operational HR delivery.
