Teams at Developmental Services Center

Provides HR support across onboarding, Paycom HRIS data maintenance, benefits billing, FMLA administration, workers’ compensation claims, recordkeeping, reporting, and employee relations. Supports the HR Manager and programs, while providing backup front-office assistance with phones, visitors, and projects. Requires a high school diploma, HRIS experience, human resources experience, and Microsoft program proficiency.
