Manage ABA client caseloads: supervise and train Behavior Therapists, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS), create individualized programs, monitor data, ensure contract fulfillment, provide supervision hours, and collaborate with BCBAs and clinical supervisors to deliver high-quality ABA services.

The Payroll Manager will handle payroll operations, financial reporting, general ledger activities, budget preparation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while collaborating with different teams.

Provide remote ABA services to individuals with autism: conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS), create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans, supervise therapists and BCBA candidates, deliver telehealth sessions, ensure data collection, compliance with insurance, and provide progress reports and CEU supervision.
