Teams at Development of Central Florida, Inc.

Performs advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on consumer, commercial, and agricultural turf equipment. Maintains tools, vehicles, inventory, and work areas; follows safety procedures; documents labor and materials; researches parts; communicates with manufacturers; and may provide field service, deliveries, and customer clinics. Requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems knowledge, use of Service Advisor, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly.

Interns support hands-on, project-based, and cross-functional tasks based on their interests, academic curriculum, daily priorities, and store operational needs. Assignments may vary by location. School credit may be available, subject to verification with the intern’s academic institution.

Maintain tools, vehicles, inventory and work area; complete reports and parts requests; use Service Advisor and basic computer functions; follow safety procedures; may perform field diagnostics, deliveries, and customer clinics; participate in service training.
