Own defined product workflows for benefit verification and prior authorization, working directly with engineers to prototype, ship, and measure AI-driven improvements. Speak with clinical teams and customers to translate pain points into lightweight requirements, evaluate model outputs, and improve human-in-the-loop AI workflows. Become a domain expert in EHRs, payer portals, PBM formularies, and NCPDP standards to drive adoption and impact.

Hands-on growth marketer who executes channels to drive provider adoption and build pharmacy/pharma pipeline. Owns campaigns, conference presence, and collateral production using AI tooling. Tracks performance, creates repeatable assets and playbooks, and supports sales with outbound and nurture sequences. Collaborates with Head of Growth and advisors to turn strategy into shipped work.
