Make high-volume outbound and callback calls to provider offices regarding prior authorization requests. Identify the correct office contact, obtain clinical notes or other required responses, document every interaction, and improve response rates. The role requires fast queue management, reliable follow-up, clear communication, comfort with calling and CRM tools, and collaboration with the team to improve scripts and workflows. The position is initially remote in Salt Lake City, transitions to hybrid, and follows a 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain shift.

Manage and grow an outbound calling team contacting provider offices about prior authorizations. Hire, train, coach, schedule, and monitor callers; own capacity, speed, reach, response, and conversion metrics; improve scripts and workflows; make calls; and partner with engineering to enhance the calling tool. The role requires strong phone skills, quantitative fluency, process-building ability, and experience managing outbound calling teams.

Build and own full-stack healthcare software that automates benefit verification and prior authorization. Develop Python services, APIs, TypeScript and React interfaces, integrations, data models, and AI-powered workflows. Partner with product, AI, operations, users, and customers to define problems, ship reliable features, validate production outcomes, scale architecture, improve engineering quality, and mentor teammates.
