Supports global HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including documentation, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, leave and time-off tracking, recruitment scheduling, training compliance, employee support, and policy administration. The role maintains accurate confidential records, manages BambooHR workflows and reports, coordinates with stakeholders across time zones, and improves HR processes through standardized procedures, trackers, checklists, and automation.

Part-time (≈20 hrs/week) mid-level Full-Stack Developer to extend and improve existing Node.js, Next.js, and React products, troubleshoot production issues, write maintainable code, participate in reviews, and use AI-assisted development tools to deliver production-ready features.

Maintain and improve existing production environments, support deployments and CI/CD, enhance authentication and security practices, automate operational workflows, monitor and troubleshoot production systems, and collaborate with developers to ensure reliable releases.
