Operate and enhance the T-Cloud Public platform: troubleshoot hyper-scaler cloud backend issues, build automation and integration tools, perform root-cause analysis, resolve production incidents, and collaborate in an agile team to improve customer experience and reliability.

Design, implement and maintain a SUSE-based KVM virtualization platform. Standardize Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible, build reusable modules, integrate automation with CI/CD and ITSM (ServiceNow), provide APIs and integrations, and maintain architecture, observability (Grafana, Prometheus) and documentation while supporting 3rd-level operations.
