Leads country-level security governance by implementing security requirements, defining guidelines, managing security processes, and overseeing risk maps, audits, incidents, critical assets, crisis management, and certifications. The role coordinates with legal entities, authorities, stakeholders, and superior security functions while developing tactical security programs and ensuring process effectiveness, quality, and compliance.

Lead the design, development, stabilization, and operation of Java and Spring Boot backend services. Own microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL data solutions, integrations, performance optimization, testing, observability, security, and reliability. Translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions, guide architectural decisions, collaborate with customers and stakeholders, review code, mentor engineers, and support rollout and continuous improvement activities.

Lead the architecture, development, optimization, and maintenance of React and Bryntum frontend applications. Own integrations with REST APIs and WebSockets, establish frontend standards, improve accessibility and performance, and expand automated testing. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, guide technical decisions, and contribute to Micro Frontend architecture. Collaborate with backend teams, customers, stakeholders, and agile delivery teams while stabilizing production solutions and supporting rollouts.
