Develop and sell complex electronic tolling solutions to public authorities and tolling operators. Analyze requirements, design scalable solution concepts, lead architects and product experts, manage solution backlogs, coordinate proposals and implementations, and support customer acquisition throughout the sales lifecycle. The role includes market development, customer presentations, partner coordination, industry representation, and extensive international travel.

Leads complex international tenders and proposals from RFP analysis through submission, coordinating technical, commercial, legal, finance, sales, and delivery stakeholders. Develops business plans, cost estimates, effort estimates, and pricing models; manages bid risks and documentation quality. Supports awarded projects during initial implementation, identifies market opportunities, engages prospective customers, and contributes to new business acquisition in IT infrastructure and electronic tolling services.

Manage and prioritize billing-system user stories, maintain the product backlog, translate stakeholder epics into actionable requirements, and coordinate with development teams. Ensure high-quality delivery through Agile planning and continuous improvement while overseeing complex billing rules. Build expertise in finance, invoicing, accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements, serving as a technical and business liaison across teams.
