Engineer, operate, and improve a Juniper-based Hybrid WAN spanning spine-leaf architectures across data centers, customer sites, and public cloud. Design and deploy routing/switching, VRFs, VPNs, EVPN/VXLAN, and cloud connectivity. Perform changes, upgrades, incident resolution, root cause analysis, documentation, and collaborate with architects and international teams. Participate in on-call rotation.

As a Cloud Backend Engineer, you will manage operational challenges, automate processes, and work on cloud feature rollouts using modern technologies.

Serve as liaison between Wholesale business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, create user stories and functional specs, and drive enhancements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM in an Azure environment. Support design, testing, UAT, rollout, reporting/dashboard development, and maintain business process documentation to enable continuous improvement.
