Support product planning and execution for global Account Information Services within Corporate Cash Management. Serve as subject matter expert on account structures and pre-validation, drive client engagement and solution delivery, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for implementations and rollouts, translate regulatory and operational requirements into guidance, and gather market and client insights to improve account solution offerings.

Support distressed debt trading desk by reviewing transferability language, preparing and managing transaction documents (LSTA, assignment, purchase, confidentiality, restructuring agreements), liaising with clients, transfer agents, and internal funding/trade teams, resolving trade matters with operations and accounting, producing reports, and assisting with KYC/account opening and governance processes.

Provide legal advice on eDiscovery and data issues for global litigation, regulatory enforcement, and HR matters. Advise on ESI preservation, collection scoping, search/review strategies, vendor and technology selection/management, and data productions. Collaborate with internal Technology, Data and Innovation, outside counsel, and external service providers to implement best practices and solutions.
