Monitor infrastructure, applications, and payment transaction flows; triage alerts; perform initial troubleshooting and functional validations; manage incident escalation and communication; handle support tickets; execute operational configurations and validations across environments; maintain documentation and reports. Role includes night shifts and close collaboration with engineering and customer-facing teams.

Lead design and delivery of the AI payment platform: build and productionize ML/LLM models, operate MLOps and inference services, ensure low-latency payment integrations, own AWS and hybrid deployments, enforce PCI-DSS, implement observability, and mentor the engineering team.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles: source, screen, interview, coordinate with hiring managers, manage offers, maintain ATS data, implement AI-driven recruiting tools, and report hiring metrics to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
