Support the Data team by collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets; perform exploratory analysis; help develop and evaluate ML models; build visualizations and dashboards; document findings; and collaborate with engineers and product teams while learning data science best practices.

Lead and grow the backend engineering organization overseeing engineering managers and technical leads. Drive architecture, execution, reliability, and low technical debt across payments integrations. Mentor leaders, improve delivery efficiency, and ensure high-availability backend services for global payments and merchant integrations.

Lead all finance functions including strategy, forecasting, reporting, cash and capital management, compliance (IFRS), investor relations, financial modeling, and building a scalable finance team to support rapid growth and international expansion in the payments industry.
