Manage and grow strategic B2B customer accounts, serving as a trusted advisor while driving retention, product adoption, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Monitor account health and satisfaction, identify optimization opportunities, coordinate internal teams, support payment product implementations, and communicate customer insights to Product and Operations. Prepare reports and business reviews while maintaining accurate CRM records.
