Supports the sales team through prospecting, CRM management, scheduling, proposals, quotes, pipeline reporting, renewals, customer inquiries, and after-sales support. Maintains sales data, coordinates presentations and client onboarding, follows up on opportunities, prepares market and marketing reports, and assists with promotional communications. The role also manages estimates, sales materials, maintenance agreements, and customer relationships while supporting strategic sales planning.

Provides reception, correspondence, shipping, data entry, administrative support, client and internal deliveries, conference room setup, and daily assistance to the CTO. Maintains office organization, prepares technology and meeting peripherals, solves routine problems, and reports completed work. The role also includes occasional dog walking and requires strong organization, communication, discretion, time management, and proficiency with MS Office.
