Lead employee engagement, internal and external communications, and internal affairs to strengthen organizational culture, compliance, and alignment with HACM's mission. Support executive leadership with messaging and strategic planning, manage confidential workplace inquiries and governance reporting, supervise Resident Services, and build community and stakeholder relationships to elevate resident voices and public trust.

Lead HACM's human resources function as a strategic executive partner. Oversee workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and HR operations. Ensure legal compliance, develop HR policy, manage HR staff and vendors, produce workforce analytics and executive reports, and lead culture, engagement, and organizational-change initiatives to support agency recovery and sustainability.

Responsible for various accounting tasks including reconciliations, financial analysis, and journal entry preparation. Also involves processing payments and ensuring accuracy of transactions.
