Lead Destiny's fundraising strategy and major-gifts program, personally manage a 100–150 donor portfolio, grow individual and unrestricted revenue, oversee annual campaigns and the Gala, supervise development staff, manage Salesforce and fundraising analytics, partner with the ED and board, and build systems to diversify and sustain philanthropic support.

Advise high school and young adult participants on graduation pathways, college applications, financial aid, GEDs, and workforce readiness. Lead workshops on resumes, interviews, and workplace skills; connect youth to internships and employment; manage employment paperwork. Advocate with families on IEPs and institutional systems, maintain case notes and data for reporting, and coordinate with teaching artists and partners to support student goals.
