Leads and builds the engineering services function, overseeing DevOps, SRE, release engineering, infrastructure as code, data pipelines, security operations, and data governance. Manages a distributed team while establishing CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, on-call practices, SLOs, security standards, DORA reporting, and cloud cost visibility. The role remains hands-on and requires strong AWS, automation, reliability, and people leadership experience.

Own the company’s software platform architecture across AWS cloud services, APIs, web, mobile, databases, testing, observability, and CI/CD. Define service boundaries, event patterns, data standards, and architectural roadmaps while improving performance, reliability, and delivery workflows. Lead architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, guide build-versus-buy decisions, support hiring, and drive AI-assisted engineering practices. Deliver measurable architecture improvements and establish technical direction across teams.

Leads product strategy and day-to-day product operations across five marketplace and business-software teams. Manages four product managers, establishes metric-based goals and roadmaps, drives rapid experimentation, applies AI to product workflows, and owns conversion, revenue, retention, quality, and reliability outcomes. Partners with engineering and executive leadership while building an AI-first, evidence-driven product organization for pet-care booking and service-management platforms.
