Lead complex, high-value procurements across the lifecycle: planning, solicitations (NRFP/RFSQ/RFQ), evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and supplier management. Provide procurement advice, develop sourcing strategies, improve processes and leverage AI/automation to increase efficiency while ensuring transparency and compliance.

Provide executive leadership for corporate affairs, sector engagement, corporate communications and major events. Develop and execute enterprise stakeholder engagement and external positioning strategies, advise senior leadership on reputational and stakeholder issues, build cross-functional alignment, oversee major events, and lead a high-performing Corporate Affairs and Sector Engagement team to advance Canada’s tourism competitiveness.
