Supports renewable energy preconstruction activities, including consultant and EPC outreach, RFP preparation, data room management, scheduling, bid evaluation, scope tracking, risk registers, contract exhibit administration, and correspondence triage. The role maintains project documentation, identifies schedule and scope risks, coordinates multiple workstreams, and supports Preconstruction Leads and Contracts Managers through project development and contract execution.

Supports payroll, compensation, benefits, HRIS, immigration, and broader Human Capital operations. Responsibilities include payroll reconciliations, benefits administration, compensation analysis, HRIS reporting and data integrity, immigration case coordination, onboarding and offboarding, employee support, and cross-functional projects. The role partners with Finance and global HR teams while handling confidential employee data and improving processes.

Prepare and review U.S. GAAP financial statements, maintain accounting records, perform technical accounting analyses, and produce management, investor, tax, and regulatory reports. Conduct budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual analyses, coordinate audits and tax reporting, liaise with internal teams and external consultants, and improve accounting processes, workflows, and controls for renewable energy projects, funds, and corporate entities.
