Teams at DESRI

Build and lead DESRI's internal IT function: define IT strategy and governance, manage infrastructure and enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, HRIS), lead cybersecurity and compliance, oversee vendor and budget management, establish service delivery and Help Desk, and scale a global IT team to support distributed operations and remote employees.

Support strategy and investment/acquisitions teams by conducting power market research, building and maintaining financial models, performing due diligence, coordinating transaction processes, and producing strategic analyses to inform origination, investment, and financing decisions across renewable energy projects.

Manage end-to-end indirect procurement (90% non-IT, 10% IT): source vendors, obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, recommend POs/WOs/AMCs, track deliveries, handle statutory interactions (STPI, Customs, GHMC, Labor), and prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports.
