Lead digital infrastructure and large-load customer development alongside utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. Responsibilities include customer and utility relationships, permitting, land and site diligence, interconnection applications, community engagement, commercial and market analysis, project and portfolio acquisitions, offtake strategy, and cross-functional coordination through financing or transaction execution.

Support insurance placement, administration, renewals, premium allocation, policy checking, and compliance across renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include maintaining asset schedules, preparing underwriting submissions, reviewing contractual insurance provisions, tracking counterparty certificates, supporting transaction-linked insurance and surety placements, analyzing catastrophe exposures, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, Excel models, and automation tools. The role collaborates with brokers, underwriters, lenders, project teams, and internal stakeholders across the U.S. and Hyderabad.

Manage legal operations, regulatory compliance coordination, corporate governance documentation, entity formation, KYC matters, legal workflows, outside counsel engagement, spending oversight, and vendor relationships. The role supports compliance processes, improves legal department operations, tracks filings and certifications, and coordinates across internal stakeholders and external law firms or consultants.
