Teams at DeSoto Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Provide leadership and oversight to nurse aides, administer medications, implement and document resident care plans and treatments, transcribe physician orders, participate in shift reports, educate staff on policies, maintain infection control and safety, and arrange replacement staff as needed to ensure continuity of resident care.

Support HR operations by processing new hires, pay changes, and terminations; assist recruitment and screening; advise on policies; handle payroll inquiries and personnel records; coordinate recognition programs and employee events; ensure compliance with labor laws; perform administrative tasks and generate HR reports.
