Leads and supports nursing operations in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include staffing, hiring, training, evaluating, and delegating nursing duties; overseeing resident care, MDS, care plans, infection control, performance improvement, and documentation; coordinating with physicians and consultants; and ensuring staff have necessary equipment and resources. The role also provides direct floor staffing support and maintains regulatory compliance and quality resident care.

Leads nursing staff and directs resident care in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, implementing care plans, transcribing physician orders, completing assessments and documentation, participating in shift reports, educating support staff, maintaining safety and infection-control standards, and addressing staffing needs. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong clinical and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, emergency responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Prepares, portions, and serves meals for residents; assembles trays and delivers meal carts; manages food and floor supplies; follows menus and standardized recipes; and cleans, sanitizes, and stores dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.
