Provides senior operational risk expertise by preventing and analyzing suspicious or fraudulent transactions, strengthening compliance and internal controls, supporting crisis management and information security, and developing policies, standards, models, and strategic initiatives. Advises stakeholders, diagnoses complex issues, represents the organization before decision-making bodies and external partners, and serves as a subject matter expert and coach.

Provides administrative and operational support for securities advisors, including managing client account transactions, resolving account-related issues, responding to clients and partners, and ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and support for business growth and risk management. This is a 12-month temporary maternity leave replacement position.

Advises managers and management committees on HR programs, policies, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, compensation, labor agreements, compliance, and training initiatives. Supports hiring decisions, difficult workplace situations, change management, and implementation of HR tools and practices.
