Provide financial advice to individual and business members, recommend investments, loans and insurance, manage relationships, assess satisfaction, ensure compliance, and represent the caisse in community outreach.

Provide senior IT user support for applications and server administration, manage incidents and service requests, lead complex development projects and strategic initiatives, develop policies and standards, advise stakeholders, diagnose major issues and represent the unit with partners and decision-making bodies.
