Lead business analysis for strategic, cross-sector initiatives: define objectives, assess needs, recommend integrated solutions, perform impacts analysis, ensure requirements traceability, support testing and rollout, and lead change management while coordinating stakeholders and senior leadership.

Advise mass-affluent individuals, business owners and clients on financial planning, investments, insurance and tax strategies. Build and maintain relationships, identify business opportunities, prepare comprehensive plans, promote digital solutions, collaborate with specialists, perform transactions and conduct onsite business visits to support clients' financial goals.
