Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth members to grow savings and investments. Prospect, solicit, and onboard clients, provide tailored financial and debt-management advice, collaborate with internal partners, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage portfolio risk while promoting Desjardins wealth services.

Lead development and delivery of strategic plans, business intelligence, and organizational transformation initiatives. Advise stakeholders, set targets, diagnose issues, design policies and programs, monitor performance, and represent the unit to decision-making bodies and external partners. Serve as subject-matter expert, coach senior management, and coordinate complex multi-sector projects to improve service delivery.
