Lead end-to-end people operations for a boutique hotel: recruit and onboard staff, design training, manage payroll, attendance and statutory compliance, run performance management and employee relations, and advise management on staffing and culture to retain hospitality talent.

Lead nationwide commercial and operational functions: recruit and manage agents, Regional Sales Managers and field teams; own PAYGO portfolio performance, collections, and PAR; oversee procurement, warehousing, distribution, SOPs, KPIs and ANGAZA platform rollout; support B2B/B2G partnerships and represent the company at external events. Travel extensively across Nigeria.

Drive regional sales growth by recruiting, coaching, and managing Agent Team Leaders and field agents. Deliver sales targets, perform regular field visits and market coaching, monitor performance and portfolio quality, and implement corrective actions and regional sales plans.
