Lead and optimize day-to-day operations, translate CEO strategy into operational plans, oversee program delivery and project management, support financial oversight and donor reporting, ensure compliance and risk management, drive adoption of digital tools, and manage partnerships, vendors, and stakeholder reporting to enable efficient, data-driven program impact.

Lead nationwide commercial and operational functions: recruit and manage agents, Regional Sales Managers and field teams; own PAYGO portfolio performance, collections, and PAR; oversee procurement, warehousing, distribution, SOPs, KPIs and ANGAZA platform rollout; support B2B/B2G partnerships and represent the company at external events. Travel extensively across Nigeria.

Lead and run the full finance function: oversee month-end close, reconciliations, dual-currency accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting; manage a junior finance officer; handle debt facilities, lender negotiations, DFI engagement, fundraising, and maintain banking relationships.
