Lead a small team of Digital Brand Analysts to drive digital growth for assigned brands through advanced reporting, analytics, drop-ship optimization, vendor relationship management, and profitability analysis. Build dashboards, translate data into recommendations, partner cross-functionally, and drive initiatives that improve operational and financial performance.

Lead allocation strategy and execution for assigned categories by analyzing store- and item-level performance, recommending actions to improve inventory productivity and in-stock, developing reporting tools, improving allocation processes and systems, and mentoring allocators while partnering with Merchandising, Planning, and Store Planning.

Lead evaluation and prioritization of new business initiatives across the enterprise. Conduct market and competitive research, build financial models and business cases, develop executive-level presentations, manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement, track initiative pipelines, and support transition from evaluation to execution.
