Handles merchandise throughout receiving, order fulfillment, inventory locating, and shipping processes in a distribution center. Uses warehouse management and inventory systems, inspects products, maintains accuracy, moves cartons with manual equipment, and follows OSHA and company safety procedures. The role requires physical stamina, basic math, attention to detail, teamwork, schedule flexibility, and the ability to work in variable temperatures. Warehouse or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required.

Provides customer and retailer support across phone, email, CRM, warranties, returns, replacements, shipment claims, and issue resolution. Processes wholesale, demo, and retail orders; manages account applications, credits, discounts, payment terms, revisions, and product updates using NetSuite and NuORDER. Builds relationships with sales partners and retailers while supporting office administration, shipping, and cross-functional business needs.

Lead end-to-end athletic footwear development from concept through production. Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, sourcing, costing, and global manufacturing teams to deliver products meeting performance, fit, quality, cost, margin, and timeline goals. Evaluate footwear construction, materials, molds, patterns, grading, prototypes, testing, and manufacturing processes. Maintain tech packs, BOMs, and product data in PLM systems while driving commercialization, risk mitigation, cost analysis, quality improvements, and cross-functional decision-making.
