Processes wholesale, demo, and retail orders; manages account applications, credits, discounts, payment terms, revisions, and product updates using NetSuite and NuORDER. Builds relationships with sales partners and retailers while supporting office administration, shipping, and cross-functional business needs.

Lead end-to-end athletic footwear development from concept through production. Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, sourcing, costing, and global manufacturing teams to deliver products meeting performance, fit, quality, cost, margin, and timeline goals. Evaluate footwear construction, materials, molds, patterns, grading, prototypes, testing, and manufacturing processes. Maintain tech packs, BOMs, and product data in PLM systems while driving commercialization, risk mitigation, cost analysis, quality improvements, and cross-functional decision-making.

Supports the full associate lifecycle through employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, leave administration, performance management, engagement, investigations, compliance, training, and communications. Partners with leaders, associates, and HR centers of excellence to address workplace concerns, improve retention, interpret policies, and support organizational effectiveness. The role is on-site at a logistics center in Westampton, New Jersey.
