Responsibilities include trend and consumer research, sketches, CADs, renderings, technical drawings, tech packs, prototype reviews, product refinements, and cross-functional collaboration with Design, Development, Production, Sales, and overseas partners. The role manages multiple seasonal projects, supports commercial product execution, presents design concepts, and may coach Assistant Designers. International travel to trade shows, market appointments, sourcing activities, and business events may be required.

Leads sales strategy and retail partnerships for an assigned handbags brand and key accounts. Responsibilities include developing growth plans, managing assortments, analyzing sales and inventory performance, overseeing profitability and pricing, negotiating margins, collaborating with Design, Production, Planning, and Brand teams, managing budgets, and coaching sales talent. Requires extensive footwear or accessories sales experience, strong retail analytics, account management, leadership, and presentation skills.

Handles merchandise throughout receiving, order fulfillment, inventory location, and shipping processes in a distribution center. Duties include sorting, scanning, inspecting, stacking, transporting, and accurately processing products using warehouse systems and manual equipment. The role requires adherence to OSHA and company safety procedures, physical stamina, basic math, attention to detail, and flexibility to support multiple departments. Warehouse or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required.
