Manage multiple industrial automation and supply chain bids from qualification through final submission. Own proposal schedules, facilitate reviews, guide stage-gate processes, track win strategies, identify and escalate risks, resolve technical or commercial blockers, and provide leadership with accurate pursuit status and confidence assessments. Partner with engineering, estimating, and sales to deliver accurate, compliant, competitive proposals.

Develop qualified B2B sales opportunities by researching target accounts, engaging executives and operational leaders, identifying business needs, and nurturing relationships. Use phone, email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, Salesforce, and sales-intelligence platforms to generate conversations and maintain CRM data. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Solutions teams to transition opportunities, improve outreach strategies, and build sustainable pipeline in automation, distribution, fulfillment, and supply-chain markets.

Design, plan, and execute tests on material handling equipment (conveyors, sorters, AS/RS, robotics). Analyze test data, report findings, identify root causes, recommend fixes, ensure safety and compliance, support launches and go-lives, and train/support field teams during Greenfield/retrofit automation implementations.
