Create high-volume marketing collateral, proposals, pitch decks, social content, brand assets, and internal materials using traditional design and AI-assisted workflows. Execute typography, layout, refinement, and production in Adobe Creative Suite; maintain brand standards; collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership; build reusable templates, component libraries, and prompt libraries; prepare production-ready files; and help adopt emerging AI design capabilities.

Generate new business, develop relationships with AEC and real estate decision-makers, identify opportunities, build referral networks, manage the CRM and sales pipeline, coordinate proposals with technical teams, and move prospects from initial conversations through contract execution. The role focuses on selling Designblendz’s architecture, interior design, visualization, BIM, construction logistics, and technology-enabled services.

Prospect and qualify multifamily developers, owners, and operators through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and follow-up sequences. Book discovery calls and demos, communicate the Realtour value proposition, maintain accurate CRM records, meet appointment-setting quotas, and collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound sales processes for the product launch.
