Build a freelance talent pool of Philippines-based designers, artworkers, visualizers, CGI and motion artists to produce brand concepts, packaging, production-ready files, photorealistic 3D renders, CGI assets and animated content, collaborating with global teams on project-by-project basis.

Create and implement visual brand identities and CIs across channels. Manage projects end-to-end, conceptualize designs informed by market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present concepts to clients, and contribute ideas proactively.

Lead client relationships for brand strategy and design within pharmaceutical/medical sectors. Drive account growth and new-business pitches, ensure creative and strategic excellence across projects, manage commercial performance and profitability, and line-manage and mentor junior team members. Act as trusted advisor, present work confidently, and collaborate across strategy, creative, studio, and production teams.
