Supports senior client-service team members with meeting planning, design reviews, market research, and project management. Helps deliver brand design projects for clients across the Asia Pacific region. The role requires resourcefulness, initiative, attention to detail, cultural awareness, collaboration, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced hybrid agency environment.

Create brand identities, visual systems, and campaigns for global enterprise and consumer brands. Develop concepts from idea through execution across packaging, print, digital, motion, and communications. Collaborate with strategists, writers, and creatives to deliver strategically minded, highly crafted design. Present creative thinking, respond to feedback, and produce work that engages audiences and builds lasting brand impact.

Leads end-to-end creative and design projects for alcohol and luxury brands, guiding teams and managing resources, timelines, and budgets. Partners with Client Directors to align work with business objectives, makes critical design decisions, presents creative concepts to clients, and ensures high-quality, innovative brand solutions. Requires strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, plus relevant premium-brand portfolio experience.
