Teams at Desert Research Institute

Provide scientific and administrative leadership for the Division of Atmospheric Sciences: manage personnel and budgets, grow and sustain sponsored research, develop new research programs, mentor faculty, secure funding through sponsor engagement and collaborations, and serve on DRI senior leadership. Position based in Reno with periodic travel to Las Vegas.

Provide executive administrative support to the Director of External Affairs and team: manage calendars, travel, budgets, expense reports, supplies, correspondence, legislative tracking and reporting, event logistics, and represent DRI at community and legislative events. Support senior leadership as needed and perform receptionist duties and other assigned tasks.
