Teams at Desert Botanical Garden

Creates and manages print, digital, and experiential visual communications supporting Garden campaigns, events, publications, website, email, social media, and onsite experiences. Oversees projects from concept through production, maintains brand standards, coordinates vendors and photo/video shoots, develops motion graphics, and manages timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and creative archives. Collaborates across departments to deliver accessible, accurate, and compelling designs.

Lead strategic direction and management of a multidisciplinary desert research program. Oversee research strategy, funding, partnerships, compliance, translation of science to policy and public engagement, and supervise a team of 20+ staff to advance biodiversity, climate adaptation, water resilience, and threatened-plant conservation.
