Teams at Derq

Serve as L1 support for Derqs hardware and software: triage tickets, resolve connectivity and UI issues, troubleshoot servers/networks, escalate complex incidents, assist onboarding, monitor system health, and maintain support documentation and runbooks.

Build and maintain full-stack applications, backend APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven data pipelines for real-time traffic safety systems. Work across frontend (React/Remix, TypeScript, Vue), backend (NestJS, microservices), AWS infrastructure, containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), and Python-based ETL. Own features end-to-end and support production reliability and scalability.

Lead setup, configuration, deployment, and reliability of edge and cloud traffic-safety solutions. Own complex deployments, troubleshoot Linux/networking/hardware issues, monitor live systems, automate processes, contribute to GitHub, and produce deployment documentation and runbooks to scale operations.
