Processes customs and PGA entries, reviews invoices and regulatory documentation, coordinates international shipments and pickups, and ensures compliance with U.S. government and carrier regulations. Serves as a customer liaison, resolves billing and tracking issues, communicates with carriers, vendors, forwarders, government agencies, and internal teams, and maintains accurate files, accounting records, and shipment information.

Processes customs and PGA entries for international shipments, reviews invoices and regulatory documentation, coordinates freight movement with carriers and forwarders, resolves customer and billing issues, maintains shipment files, and ensures compliance with U.S. government and carrier regulations. The role also handles shipment tracking, invoicing, accounting processes, customer communication, and information requests.

Provides senior-level customs and trade advisory services, including independent regulatory research, complex import/export analysis, compliance guidance, project planning, client training, and government liaison activities. Develops solutions for complex trade situations, ensures regulatory compliance, identifies sales opportunities, presents seminars, and mentors colleagues. Requires substantial customs brokerage or auditing experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and eligibility to obtain a Customs Broker’s License. The role is remote with up to 10% travel.
