Manage import customs clearance and customer relations for international shipments: prepare documentation, communicate with CBP/PGAs, track shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate carriers and vendors, handle billing and accounting tasks, and support internal teams with import processes.

Process and integrate customer import data and documents, act as customer liaison to resolve billing and shipment issues, prepare customs clearance paperwork (bills of lading, bonds, PGAs, licenses), communicate with CBP and PGAs, trace and coordinate freight, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, EPA, USFWS), maintain documentation and accounting accuracy, and support customers, carriers, and internal teams.

The Import Specialist I processes customer data for international shipments, acts as a liaison for customer service, prepares import documentation, and ensures compliance with customs regulations.
