Build and own technical systems supporting go-to-market teams, including Salesforce integrations, data pipelines, lead routing, campaign automation, account-health tools, and GTM data foundations. Translate ambiguous business needs into reliable software, internal applications, and maintainable workflows. Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership to improve data quality, automation, reporting accessibility, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate complex interview schedules, candidate communications, onsite logistics, recruiting systems, feedback, and offer processes. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to maintain efficient hiring workflows and an exceptional candidate experience. Identify scheduling and process issues, improve recruiting operations, and support referrals, sourcing, events, and other initiatives while growing into broader recruiting responsibilities.

Conduct vulnerability research and exploit development, build techniques to find novel vulnerabilities at scale, generate PoC exploits and reduce false positives, collaborate with AI researchers and engineers, and contribute technical reports and advisories.
