Own enterprise customer deployments from architecture and planning through production readiness, installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and operational handoff. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams, solve Kubernetes and cloud deployment challenges, write production code and automation, build integrations, and convert recurring customer needs into scalable platform improvements. Travel to customer sites as needed and communicate technical tradeoffs across customer and internal teams.

Build and operate cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, production sandbox orchestration services, and distributed systems. Develop infrastructure APIs, improve workload scheduling, autoscaling, reliability, security, observability, and cost efficiency. Troubleshoot production issues across software, Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and cloud environments while improving infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, and upgrade processes.

Design product experiences and brand initiatives for an AI-driven software security company. Responsibilities include creating intuitive interfaces for complex security systems, translating technical concepts into visual stories, developing website and campaign materials, evolving product and brand systems, prototyping, and collaborating with engineering, product, research, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
