Lead a new Pricing - Buyer Value engineering squad (iOS + backend), own delivery, team health, and cross-functional alignment. Hire and line-manage 4–6 engineers, partner with Product, Design, ML and Analytics, drive experimentation and data-driven decisions, establish ways of working, and foster inclusive culture, coaching, and career growth.

Build, maintain, and improve Depop's core backend platform services. Design scalable, reliable systems; own features end-to-end; improve observability, deployments, and operational safety; collaborate across engineering, product, security, and data; mentor peers and contribute to long-term architecture.

Design and build machine learning systems to detect fraud and policy violations, working with partners to translate requirements into effective models using LLMs and deep learning.
