Provides districtwide coaching and distributive leadership expertise for Denver Public Schools. Trains and coaches principals, assistant principals, and central staff; facilitates professional learning; develops coaching resources and observation tools; builds leadership team capacity; and evaluates coaching effectiveness through feedback cycles and implementation data. The role advances culturally responsive-sustaining education and strengthens leaders’ ability to coach educators and staff.

Provides districtwide coaching and leadership expertise by training and coaching school and central-office leaders. Designs professional learning, observation tools, feedback protocols, and coaching resources; models culturally responsive practices; builds leadership-team capacity; and evaluates coaching effectiveness through observation, feedback, and implementation data. Partners with Leader Development teams to integrate consistent coaching practices across programs.

Develops USDA-compliant school meal menus, maintains nutritional and product data, oversees special dietary needs, and provides accurate nutrition information to district staff. Coordinates recipe development, product testing, dietary training, and menu publication. Maintains CN labels, supports wellness policy and promotional initiatives, monitors Child Nutrition Program regulations, and attends professional meetings to remain current on requirements.
