The Dean of Nursing leads planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing program. Responsibilities include representing the program to campus leadership, accreditation and regulatory bodies, affiliates, advisory committees, and external stakeholders. The role promotes responsiveness to community and healthcare needs, supports faculty and student development, and fosters a collegial, supportive culture. The Dean also oversees administrative and program operations while ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.

Develop and execute organic social media strategies and content calendars across multiple campuses. Create and schedule posts, edit media, design graphics, monitor reputation, respond to engagement, provide analytics-driven reporting, and train campus teams to maintain brand consistency and improve performance.

Provide high-level financial aid guidance to prospective and current students, present initial aid packages, assist with documentation and data entry, and maintain department policies and customer service standards. Support smooth processing of student financial aid and perform routine clerical and administrative tasks, including some evenings and Saturdays.
