Coordinates nursing student clinical placements, faculty oversight, clinical site relationships, evaluations, and student advising. The role develops and maintains clinical sites, supports faculty and students, documents site visits, participates in curriculum and committee activities, and teaches the didactic portion of one course per term. Requires an active Colorado RN license, nursing master’s degree, teaching experience, recent clinical experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.

The Dean of Nursing leads planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing program. Responsibilities include representing the program to campus leadership, accreditation and regulatory bodies, affiliates, advisory committees, and external stakeholders. The role promotes responsiveness to community and healthcare needs, supports faculty and student development, and fosters a collegial, supportive culture. The Dean also oversees administrative and program operations while ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.

Develop and execute organic social media strategies and content calendars across multiple campuses. Create and schedule posts, edit media, design graphics, monitor reputation, respond to engagement, provide analytics-driven reporting, and train campus teams to maintain brand consistency and improve performance.
