Leads museum sales and visitor services operations across welcome desks and the call center. Sells memberships and tickets, supports reconciliation and cash handling, monitors visitor feedback, coaches associates, assists with hiring and training, and ensures procedures and messaging are consistently followed. Requires excellent customer service, organization, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and prior customer service experience. Spanish fluency and previous lead experience are preferred.

Supervise and perform conservation treatments for modern and contemporary museum objects. Conduct conservation research and collection surveys, maintain accurate records, support preventive-care policies, manage laboratory supplies and safety procedures, and contribute to lectures, tours, grants, staffing, and departmental development. The role also requires collaboration across the museum, continuing professional education, occasional loan-object courier duties, and adherence to conservation ethics and institutional equity priorities.
