Lead strategy and execution to apply AI across operations—identify high-impact opportunities, build and manage an AI-native team, deliver production LLM/ML solutions, ensure adoption and ongoing maintenance, and report measurable outcomes to the COO while partnering with finance, HR, and delivery leaders.
