Supports the solutions team with market, industry, and competitive research; identifies white-space opportunities; coordinates Solutions Councils and workshops; manages schedules, communications, deliverables, and solution collateral; and contributes to thought leadership, case studies, business cases, and sales narratives through research and data analysis.
