Supports daily HR operations and employee experience by responding to questions about benefits, payroll, allowances, and HR programs; preparing employee documentation; maintaining accurate Workday records; hosting onboarding sessions; producing HR reports, dashboards, and metrics; supporting work permit processes; and assisting with HR initiatives.

Leads client analytics and data science engagements, integrating datasets, developing predictive models, building and optimizing marketing campaigns, and delivering insights. Manages analysts, ensures quality and timely delivery, evaluates third-party data vendors, oversees modeling and scoring projects, and presents recommendations to nontechnical client audiences. Requires hands-on expertise in Snowflake, SQL, R, Python, statistical modeling, machine learning, database marketing, and campaign analytics.

Provides basic legal support through legal research, contract review and drafting, document preparation, meeting support, file maintenance, compliance assistance, legal risk initiatives, and project coordination. The trainee also develops client and stakeholder relationships, supports marketing and networking activities, and contributes to best practices involving contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, and M&A.
