This role sets the strategic direction for the Data & Analytics team, manages operations and performance, and oversees business intelligence initiatives aligning with market objectives. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and leading teams towards operational excellence.

Support client services and activation teams across online and offline media. Review campaign results, prepare client presentations, gather data and insights, manage client relationships, use digital platforms and Microsoft Excel, and contribute to team objectives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Lead prompt engineering initiatives and provide technical enablement to business users: develop prompt best practices, coach and train stakeholders, integrate AI tools into workflows, evaluate AI platforms, mentor junior staff, and document technical learnings and case studies.
