Support the Disputes practice with marketing and business development: manage proposals, directory entries, campaigns, events and sponsorships, maintain website/social content, conduct research, track ROI, and ensure brand compliance.

Lead Lean-based continuous improvement and automation for HR operations in the Warsaw SSC: map and document processes, run improvement and automation (RPA/AI/workflow) projects, manage multiple projects, coach teams, build process champions, ensure GDPR compliance, and collaborate with IT and global stakeholders to deliver scalable HR transformation.

Serve as HR business partner to managers, driving people plans, talent and performance processes, employee relations, workforce planning and recruitment. Use data and HR systems to inform decisions, support managers on appraisals and compensation, run exit analysis, and lead initiatives to improve engagement and capability.
