Own strategic DSO and OSO partnerships across North America, managing enterprise accounts, executive relationships, renewals, pricing, negotiations, billing escalations, and account performance. Lead and develop a special-markets sales team, validate commissions, build reporting, resolve operational issues, and represent the company at industry events. Travel up to 30–50% to client locations and events.

Drive new business and customer growth across Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and Maryland for an AI-powered orthodontic monitoring solution. Prospect within the territory, develop strategic account plans, manage customer and KOL relationships, exceed sales targets, support events and webinars, provide market feedback, and maintain CRM activity records. The role requires consultative selling, regular overnight travel, and collaboration across multifunctional teams.

Leads DentalMonitoring’s global communications strategy, brand consistency, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, sales collateral, training and education programs, public relations, public affairs, KOL initiatives, and internal communications. Manages communication and marketing professionals while partnering with regional marketing, product, and sales teams to coordinate launches and campaigns worldwide.
