Serve as the primary contact for DentalMonitoring customers, resolving inquiries across multiple channels, maintaining CRM records, customizing new accounts, and providing software guidance. Analyze usage metrics to identify training needs, share customer feedback with internal teams, and improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and product processes. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and fluency in English and German.

Owns the regulatory affairs and quality assurance strategy for a software medical device portfolio. Leads a team of 4–5 specialists, manages the ISO 13485 QMS and related processes, drives international regulatory submissions and product registrations, oversees audits, CAPA, post-market surveillance, change control, supplier quality, training, and product release, and advises executives on regulatory risk and strategy. Serves as deputy PRRC with a path to becoming the titular PRRC.
