Manages supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, contracts, pricing, rebate programs, supplier performance, and governance. Leads negotiations, analyzes financial and operational impacts, develops supplier scorecards, identifies growth opportunities, and advises leadership. Collaborates with Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations, and Inventory Management while leading and developing a Supply Chain Specialist. Travel up to 15% is required.

The National Product Manager manages Dent Wizard’s product and service portfolio, including roadmap development, lifecycle management, field support, pricing consistency, market insights, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with operations, supply chain, training, marketing, and national account teams to improve customer satisfaction, service quality, adoption, and operational efficiency. Extensive travel of approximately 50% is required.

Sources, interviews, and delivers candidates for administrative, management, and technical roles. Manages candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including communications, interviewing, offers, negotiations, and start dates. Builds recruiting channels, manages search firms, job postings, referrals, college recruiting, job fairs, and applicant tracking systems. Ensures compliance with employment laws, supports HR programs, manages recruiting budgets, and completes special sourcing projects.
