Advise the CEO and senior leaders, manage media and reputation strategies, and create processes and tools to improve organizational alignment across stakeholders and agencies.

Provide forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis to support menu innovation, field marketing, franchise margin forecasting, capital planning, and sales forecasting. Prepare monthly/weekly/ad hoc sales reports, conduct profitability and check-level analyses, perform reconciliations and data validation, and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders to support testing, operations, and franchise decisions.
