Maintain and organize the powersports lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, safe, and properly displayed. Move and position inventory for display and customer pickup, assist with inventory checks and discrepancy reporting, support sales and service teams, and perform general maintenance tasks as assigned.

Sell powersports vehicles and equipment by greeting customers, answering questions, generating leads, closing sales, assisting with financing and add-ons, maintaining showroom appearance, using the dealership CRM, and providing excellent customer service.
