Teams at Democracy Fund

Leads philanthropic partnerships, campaigns, and special projects advancing democracy-focused External Affairs goals. Manages and develops staff, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, advises program teams on funder engagement, builds relationships with philanthropic stakeholders, and represents the organization externally. Oversees strategy, planning, budgeting, learning, risk assessment, and adaptation across a changing environment while mobilizing resources and strengthening philanthropic practices.
