Teams at Democracy Forward Foundation

Lead legal research and strategic analysis on threats to democratic governance; produce memos, guides, and briefings; coordinate coalition working groups; advise partners and internal teams; manage projects and workstreams; mentor junior staff; collaborate with litigation, policy, communications, and research teams to design coordinated, non-litigation responses to anti-democratic threats.

Provide high‑level administrative support to the Executive Team: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and events, prepare materials, track action items, process expenses, troubleshoot tech, and maintain confidential records while improving administrative processes and cross‑team coordination.

Manage legal technology and operations for a fast-paced litigation team: optimize and support platforms, liaise with IT and vendors, design workflows and trainings, maintain and audit legal data, and assist with filings and discovery as needed.
