The Senior Director of People and Culture will lead HR strategies, manage a team, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.

One-year full-time public interest legal fellowship supporting litigation and regulatory advocacy. Fellows will perform legal research and drafting, assist with court and agency proceedings, prepare for hearings, monitor and screen cases for involvement, and serve as full members of litigation teams. Position is based in Washington, DC with hybrid work and occasional travel.
