Teams at Democracy Forward Foundation

Monitors and analyzes federal regulatory activity, proposed rules, executive actions, and administrative developments. Conducts legal, policy, regulatory, and social science research; synthesizes data; prepares briefings, public comments, reports, and other written materials. The role also supports regulatory response coordination, stakeholder relationships, data systems, and collaboration with partner organizations and policy experts.

Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across LinkedIn and other social channels. Manage content planning, publishing, community engagement, short-form video initiatives, and performance analytics. Translate complex legal and policy work into compelling, accessible stories that grow supporter engagement and advance Democracy Forward’s mission. Collaborate with internal teams and organizational experts to shape messaging, test new formats, and report results to stakeholders.

Provide litigation support including cite-checking, BlueBooking, proofreading, formatting, e-filing, e-discovery and document review/production, trial/hearing preparation and logistics, pleadings and discovery preparation, and case file organization under lawyer supervision.
