Own end-to-end YouTube channel production: develop content slate, produce commentary and interview videos, package titles/descriptions/thumbnails, repurpose long-form into short clips, manage production logistics, work with editors and cross-functional teams, and use YouTube Studio analytics to drive strategy and growth.

Produce and appear in short-form, social-first vertical video covering voting rights, election law, and politics. Research litigation and political developments, write scripts, collaborate with editors, use analytics to guide content, and support broader video platforms and audience growth. Work quickly on breaking news and coordinate with reporters and the news division.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Washington, D.C. office including facilities and vendor management, office supplies and space planning, basic IT and equipment coordination, light accounting support, onboarding and People & Culture partnership, and execution of operational projects and events to ensure a welcoming, well-organized workplace.
