Build and operate the shared LLM runtime: LLM gateway, cost controls, observability, evals infra, caching, and guardrails. Own reliability (SLOs, on-call, incident response), instrument systems, reduce LLM spend, and enable product teams to ship LLM features safely and efficiently.

Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle: execute transactions in HR systems, support onboarding and Day 1 setup, maintain records and audits, respond to employee tickets, create reports and workforce metrics, administer immigration programs, oversee contractor lifecycle, and partner on ad hoc People projects to improve HR service delivery.

Manage and expand enterprise customer accounts to maximize revenue via upsell/cross-sell. Partner with Sellers and Customer Success to create account plans, present strategic proposals, lead customer calls, build executive relationships, and leverage martech and AI tools to drive customer value and retention.
