Lead an offshore payroll team, own payroll systems and integrations, support implementations and Workday Payroll rollouts, and oversee payroll accounting, reconciliations, audits, tax compliance, controls, and process improvements. Partner with PeopleOps, Benefits, and Accounting while resolving complex payroll issues and protecting confidential employee data.

Senior individual contributor designing, building, and operating scalable backend and AI-powered platform capabilities. Lead cross-team projects, define technical roadmaps, contribute production code, ensure reliability, observability, security, and mentor engineers while scaling AI-assisted engineering practices.

Lead the strategy and roadmap for Demandbase’s orchestration platform, including workflow builders, triggers, actions, integrations, and AI-assisted automation. Partner with engineering to scale high-volume, low-latency event processing and support emerging agentic use cases. Drive platform extensibility, reliability, transparency, and user efficiency across enterprise GTM workflows.
