The Paid Social Strategist will manage and optimize paid social campaigns, lead a small team, and drive performance through data-driven decisions and creative strategies.

Serve as primary client lead for a portfolio, develop growth-focused account strategies, drive 20-25% YoY revenue growth, lead onboarding/QBRs, identify upsell opportunities, translate objectives into briefs, direct cross-functional execution across media/data/creative/tech, lead measurement and adtech conversations, track account health, and mentor junior team members.

Lead enterprise business development for nonprofit clients: build senior relationships, manage pipeline from discovery to close, shape integrated solutions and proposals, represent the agency at industry events, and improve commercial processes to grow nonprofit-sector revenue.
