Lead planning, design, and business development for trenchless and tunneling projects. Prepare technical reports, contract documents, and specifications. Mentor junior staff, review contractor submittals and RFIs, perform office and field assignments, and ensure QA/QC on water, wastewater, and underground infrastructure projects.

Prepare plans, profiles, elevations, cross-sections, and detail drawings from sketches and markups; coordinate interdisciplinary CAD/BIM documentation; follow client CAD/BIM standards and QA/QC; communicate with regional offices and participate in design technology initiatives.
