Own group-wide budgeting, financial consolidation, cost control, FP&A, cash-flow forecasting, variance analysis, dashboards, and management reporting across multiple entities and properties. The role establishes spend controls, accounting policies, intercompany models, and unit economics while providing decision-support analysis to leadership and overseeing accounting output quality.

Manage end-to-end Meta and Google advertising across five brands, including campaign planning, audience and creative testing, budget allocation, pacing, bidding, optimization, and scaling. Track campaigns through the in-house Marketing OS, report weekly ROAS and cost-per-lead, and identify improvements. The role requires independently owning performance targets while collaborating remotely and asynchronously with a Dubai-based team.

Owns full-cycle recruitment across blue-collar, office, and specialist roles in Dubai and regional branches. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, agency management, candidate pipeline development, reference checks, recruitment reporting, ATS and record maintenance, and process improvement. The role requires fast, independent decision-making, volume hiring capability, direct sourcing through UAE job boards, and strong candidate experience management. It is fully on-site in Dubai and excludes HR administration such as visas, payroll, and employee relations.
