Supports property owners by answering inquiries about finances, utilities, listings, pricing, payouts, and property operations. Records and tracks issues in CRM systems, coordinates with internal departments, escalates unresolved concerns, manages potential owner information, and prepares interaction reports. The role requires professional communication in Arabic, strong customer service, multitasking, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving.

Manage end-to-end Meta and Google advertising across five brands, including campaign planning, audience and creative testing, budget allocation, pacing, bidding, optimization, and scaling. Track campaigns through the in-house Marketing OS, report weekly ROAS and cost-per-lead, and identify improvements. The role requires independently owning performance targets while collaborating remotely and asynchronously with a Dubai-based team.
